Hi! 

My name is Mr. Yares and I am a musician and music educator who has toured, performed, and taught in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. I am a multi-instrumentalist. Can you guess how many musical instruments I play?  I often can be seen performing on double bass, guitar, voice, banjo, ukulele, oud, and a variety of percussion instruments. This fall is my second year teaching music at Red Cedar Elementary School for East Lansing Public Schools. In my classroom, I encourage my students to dive into the vast world of music as a performer, creator, thinker, and active listener.
